Police are appealing for witnesses following a report of a road rage assault in Newquay.
It was reported to have happened on the A392 between Hendra Holiday Park and Quintrell Downs, in Newquay, on Saturday 9 September at around 5pm.
Two male motorists were reported to have been involved in an altercation, with one sustaining a head injury.
The suspect left the scene in a grey Nissan car.
The victim, a man in his 30s, sustained a facial injury which did not require hospital treatment.
Officers are appealing for witnesses and would like to hear from anyone who may have CCTV or dashcam footage and who was driving through the area at that time.
