The Castle in Bude is thrilled to announce its highly anticipated Heritage Festival. On Sunday 16 th July, this historical landmark nestled in the heart of Bude will come alive with a celebration of the area’s rich history, vibrant culture, and strong community spirit.

The festival promises a fantastic experience for visitors of all ages. Enjoy live music from local bands, including the popular headliners, The Countrymen. Be entertained by performances from The Bude Barrel Morris dancers and Jason Thomas Performing Arts. Take part in the brand-new Castle Heritage Tours or engaging workshops and talks by community groups and specialists.

Children will have a blast with circus skill workshops, face painting, inflatables, vintage rides, and magic shows. Don’t miss the exciting dog show, supported by Tamar Vets, or the vintage car show.

Indulge in artisan crafts, local cuisine, and stalls featuring community groups.
