Hello 
to anyone out there that may be considering joining our friendly local running club.
We meet every Tuesday and Thursday for an hour from 6.30pm.
Our Tuesday session is a social run with 3 paced groups – the C group which averages 4 to 5 miles, the B group which tends to run between 5 and 6 miles and the A group that runs 6+ miles.
Thursdays are our training sessions which can enhance and improve your running form.
