An outline application has been submitted for the erection of up to thirty dwellings including access with all other matters reserved on 1.37 hectares of land South East of 108 Kings Hill Kings Hill Bude Cornwall EX23 8QL. The planning number is PA22/07103.
The site is directly opposite Kings Hill Industrial Estate. It is said by the applicant to be in a sustainable location on agricultural land within the urban area of Bude.
There are currently five public comments received, all of which are objections.
Cornwall Live has also reported that Burrington Estates, currently building homes at Maer View, has purchased a three-acre site on the edge of Stratton, off Howells Road, which has planning permission for 30 new homes. Apart from the affordable houses, the properties have starting prices of £575,000.
