There is a yellow warning of rain for our area on Wednesday, which the Met Office says may lead to some disruption.

It advises that between 2am and 3pm there is likely to be:

  • Spray and flooding on roads probably making journey times longer
  • Flooding of a few homes and businesses likely
  • Bus and train services probably affected with journey times taking longer
  • Some interruption to power supplies and other services likely

The rain covers the area of Cornwall out some way towards Camelford in a line down to Looe on the south coast, including Launceston, and also most of Devon, including Holsworthy, Hartland, Dartmoor, Plymouth and north of Exeter. It also sweeps up into south Wales.
