Police are seeking the public’s help to identify this man in connection with an indecent exposure incident in Instow, North Devon.
Two women were walking a dog on Instow Beach when an unknown man ran past and then exposed himself to them.
Officers are investigating the 22 November incident and have released an image of a man who may be able to assist with their enquiries.
