The Bude and Stratton branch of the British Legion are organising the Remembrance Day Parade, taking place this weekend.
There are two events:
On Friday 11th, 11 am, a gathering and short service starts at Bude Triangle.
On Sunday 13th from 10:45 am, meet at The Strand, for the parade and wreath laying, followed by a service at Bude Methodist Church at approx 11:15 am.
The Bude community also has the Poppy Wave. Harry Pearce and Budehaven students organising this again around the monument on Shalder Hill. It will be lit up on the evenings of November 11 and 13.
