Yellow warning for rain in the SW and into the week

It’s sunny as I type this but we have a yellow warning of rain in the SW starting this afternoon. The SE is on amber though so we are getting off lightly.

The Met Office says:

Heavy and slow moving showers have formed over southwest England and south Wales. These are generating some large rainfall totals with 15-20 mm in an hour and 30 mm in 2 to 3 hours. The showers should start moving more quickly later this afternoon but some impacts may persist into the busy travel period. Flooding possible leading to some transport disruption over parts of southwest England and south Wales Monday afternoon and evening. At the moment it seems to fade away, but let’s see.
