Sitting at my desk, avoiding walking the dogs in the rain, I can hear the wind gusting.
The Met Office has a yellow weather warning in force for us today and tomorrow for wind. Strong winds accompanied by heavy and blustery showers may bring some disruption. In fact, the whole country is getting it! Rain reduces a little this afternoon, but the wind starts to really get up with the warning in place for Bude from around 12 noon to 9.30 pm.
More of the same tomorrow with precipitation all day and the wind kicking off from 9.30 am to 7.30 pm.
Happy days. Warnings leave us on Friday, though heavy showers remain until Sunday.
A good time to get all those indoor jobs done …
