Sitting at my desk watching the peachy clouds, looking at the Covid interactive map seems to be my new morning habit. So, here we go …
Good news, Bude, but don’t rest on your laurels. The total cases for the 7 days to 18th November is down to 26 and the rolling rate is down to 243.7 (that is still high, by the way). See previous posts for an explanation of this. We are edging closer to the national average again.
However, Poundstock and Kilkhampton wider area has 10 cases (a rolling rate of 132.3). Holsworthy, Bradworthy and Welcombe is on 9 (rolling rate of 98.8). Crackington and Tintagel has 3 cases, a rolling rate of 41.7.
Hartland Coast has 9 cases, a rise (rolling rate of 138.3, a rise).
Launceston has seen a drop so they are now white on the map. Camelford and Tresmeer are still low (white).
Cornwall as a whole stands at 385 cases, a rolling rate of 67.3, while Devon is broken up into sections. Torridge has 58 cases, a rolling rate of 85. Hotter spots in Devon are Plymouth, Exeter, North Devon, and Torbay.
