The Covid reinvention of Bude’s Bellini’s

Covid-19 has meant that, to survive and succeed, many businesses have had to reinvent themselves.

One such is brilliant Bellini’s in Bude, a veritable Aladdin’s Cave of foodie goodies, and a kind sponsor of Bude & Beyond. Of course, I miss the days when Bellini’s was a tiny cafe, and I hope one day they may be able to be one again, but with the size of their premises, a deli (which they had already started) was a sensible way forward.

A new website is on the way so you will be able to order online and collect, etc. Watch this space. Adam and Anna will gladly make up gift hampers for people, too (they are so friendly and helpful) so if you have a birthday coming up for a person who enjoys good food, check them out. Or if you have holiday lets, what a simple way to provide a welcome basket.

I love popping in (numbers limited, masks on, etc) to see what new products they have and to get hold of my favourites, but also because Adam is knowledgeable about the provenance of the local foods he sources and is always finding new ones.

See the slideshow for a taste of what Bellini’s Deli Kitchen currently has to offer.
