If you are a Stratton Medical Centre patient, did you know they have a Patient Participation Group?
The group has been created as the practice felt by listening to the views and opinions of its patients, the practice will be able to improve the services they offer and be more responsive. Patient feedback means they are better informed and can use this information to understand the requirements of the local population which will influence decisions when introducing new services or improving existing ones.
We all have different needs depending on our gender, age, and any disabilities or ongoing conditions. Therefore, it would be great to have a mixed range of patients joining the group, so all sections of the local patient community are reached.
It isn’t onerous but your say could be important to your care and that of your friends and family. Think about being involved.
