Stabbing in Bodmin

Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious assault that left one man in hospital.

The incident took place between 3.13-3.40pm on Friday 3 November at a property on Guardian Court in Bodmin.

The victim, a local 29-year-old man was attacked by two men and sustained a number of injuries including a fractured cheekbone, cut to his face, two stab wounds to his lower back – which led to a collapsed lung – and stab wounds to his left arm.

The suspects are described as white men. One of the suspects was around 6’2 in height, aged late twenties to early thirties stocky build with blond short hair and stubble.

The other man was around 5’10 tall, 25-30 years old, dark brown short hair and clean shaven, medium build.
