Bridge Street (part of the A3072) in Stratton will be closed from 09-16th May for Wales & West to work here.
This will cause significant disruption to traffic in and out of Stratton and Bude.

Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Bridge Street, Bude, for its entire length.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the road to lay a new gas service.
The Order will come into operation on 9th May 2021 and the works are expected to be completed by the 16th May 2021.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800 on Sunday 9th May 2021 and Sunday 16th May 2021 only.
Nothing in this Order will apply to cyclists, traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.
Pedestrian access to residents and businesses will be maintained.
