As a woman who doesn’t know much about cars, I was disturbed by a noise coming from mine which my children told me was a wheel bearing. I did what we all did. I Googled it. Could I leave it for a while and delay paying out? No.
Obviously, it needed fixing.
I duly dropped it off the first opportunity and received a phone call to tell me the estimated damage which wasn’t as painful as I expected. My car was fixed the same day, and he also did one or two little things to make life better, like untangling my seat belt. On arrival, he said: “I’ve got bad news about your car. It’s cheaper than I said, so bad news for me, anyway”.
The car sound and feels much better, so now he’s got my son’s old banger to deal with!
Thanks, Dave, for prompt, polite, and excellent quality service. I said I’d give you a shout out on B & B, so here it is.
