Rural crime alert

Devon and Cornwall Police are investigating several incidents of rural crime in the East Cornwall area.

CR/004095/21 – Between 1900 hrs on Saturday 16th January 2021 and 0900 hrs on Sunday 17th January 2021 a red Honda Fourtrax 350 quad bike and galvanised 6ft by 4ft Wessex trailer were stolen from the St Breward area.

CR/004067/21 – Overnight from 15th to 16th January 2021 entry was gained to a barn at Linkinhorne, Callington and a lawnmower and black diesel generator were stolen from within.

CR/003917/21 – Sometime between 2100 hrs on Wednesday 13th January 2021 and 0400 hrs on Friday 15th January 2021 near Crowdy Reservoir a tractor was started on private land and driven into a shed causing significant damage. The offenders vandalised the tractor before leaving the scene.

CR/003079/21 – During the small hours of Wednesday 13th January 2021 offenders entered a garage, outbuilding and shed on a farm near Camelford.

CR/004386/2 – In the early hours of Thursday the 14th of January an attempt theft of a Red Honda Quad bike from a Farm in the Advent area.

CR/002018/21 – Overnight from Thursday 7th to Friday 8th January 2021 a quantity of heating oil was stolen from a domestic tank in Altarnun.
