Police appeal for witnesses to A39 crash

Devon and Cornwall Police report two accidents today, one leading to a fatality

Police are appealing for witnesses to a serious collision on the A39 at Crimp, near Bude.

The incident happened at around 12.40pm on Wednesday 24 January 2018 near the Crimp Garage in Bude.

Fire services attended to extract the occupants of the brown Honda Jazz.

A woman was airlifted to Derriford hospital with serious injuries and a man was taken to North Devon District Hospital with minor injuries.

The road was closed at Crimp while emergency services attended the incident.
