Rarely taught in the UK, these health and martial practices help to develop better posture and more natural movement, over time leading to greater ease and clarity in life.
Weekly classes will be held Mondays evenings from 6.30-7.45pm and Friday mornings from 7.00-8.15am.
The first lesson is free, sessions are suitable for everyone and no previous experience is required.
