I go away for a few days and it is always the signal for something immense to happen in Bude.
This weekend it was the grand opening of the water station at the Triangle, where you can now refill your refillable bottles. It reminds me of the old water fountains of my youth but is more sophisticated to cater for the modern world. We all tend to carry water around with us, which we never seemed to do when I was young. I wonder why it has changed? Maybe more processed foods and pollution need more frequent hydration or maybe we were under-hydrated back in the day.
