Amy Gamage has set up a fundraiser in memory of her brother, Ricky Gamage, who went missing on December 28th and was found at Widemouth Bay in January. She says:
So as everyone will know, my beautiful, caring brother Ricky Gamage took his own life at a young age of 23. Ricky was funny, caring and very loving. He always put others before himself and made sure they were happy.
He has just had a little son Louis Anthony Bailey Gamage born on 05/01/2020 that he very sadly did not get to meet.
I would like to thank everyone out there for all the help we had during the search and all those people that were a part of my amazing brother’s life.
Any money raised will be split, half going towards the funeral and half going into an account for Rickys son, Louis.
Thank you for any donations and now let’s make Ricky proud like he did all of us, and let’s keep him remembered and forever in our hearts.
Arrangements for Ricky’s last journey
Ricky’s funeral takes place on Friday 7th Feb at Stratton Church at 12 noon, then onto Barnstaple crematorium for 2.20 pm … dress as you like but silly shirts is the main theme.
The wake is being held at The Venue.
