From car crash to fitness studio! Bude’s newest movement space has an open day this weekend

Assaya is a brand new fitness studio in the heart of Bude offering free taster session throughout the day this Saturday, May the 4th.

Not only is Assaya a brand new space, but it’s also the only studio in the area to offer classes in Pilates, Barre and TRX. Don’t know what that all means? Then the open day is the perfect opportunity to come and find out.

Studio owner, Emma Woodcock (38) will be on hand to tell you all about the classes on offer. Or dive straight in and sign up for a free 30-minute taster session. Assaya is located at 5 Belle Vue EX23 8JL, slap bang in the middle of Bude tucked in just behind TSB. Sessions run from 10:30 through to 16:30 this Saturday, May the fourth. You can check out the full schedule at https://assaya.co.uk/

Assaya first opened its doors just 3 weeks ago.

Emma says: “Having had a chance to settle into the space, I wanted to open the doors to everyone to share what I’ve created! It’s been a bit of journey to get to this stage. I was very close to moving in and refurbishing what was an estate agents’ when a car crashed into the building, destroying the main brick pillar and both huge windows.

Following almost a year of waiting, organising, and lots of hard work, Assaya is born!”

With 8 years experience in the fitness industry, Emma has been building her business in Bude since 2016, teaching Pilates, Barre and circuit training classes in a number of locations in Bude. Opening Assaya marks the next chapter in her story.

Come and see for yourself this Saturday from 10:30 with a free 30-minute session.
