Free sustainable tourism workshops in Bude

Tourism business climate action sessions: September 20th & 27th, Bude 10-12am and 2-4 each day: drop in to any session to participate.

About this event:

Our climate is changing – the climate we rely on for our quality of life, our health and wellbeing, and our livelihoods.

Come and chat with Charlotte Veale, from Wooda Farm, Martin Dorey from Bude Surf Forum and Bude Town Council, Neil Hembrow from BeachCare/Ocean Recovery Project SW, and more – this is about all of us!

How do we as communities, individuals and businesses make sure our tourism economy actively protects and enhances our place, so tourism can continue to thrive? How do we adapt as the world changes, and how do we help other sectors make these positive changes too?

Come and participate in all the positive action already being taken to protect and futureproof Bude, prioritising the wellbeing of nature and our communities – and hear about what our visitors have been saying in our visitor survey.
