There are 52 red flood warnings in force at the moment in England. The River Teign is currently the only one in Devon and there are none in Cornwall.
However, there are 199 flood alerts including for the Upper, Middle, and Lower River Tamar, the North Dartmoor Rivers, and others.

Covid cases generally dropping in Bude and area
