You may have seen the new modern apartments currently being built at Maer Down Road, Crooklets (Flexbury). Now, they want to add an extension on the roof of the new building, making it taller.
Planning application PA20/05042 on the Cornwall Planning Page states ‘ Extension to part of the roof to provide additional residential accommodation for apartment 8, reconfiguration of the layout of the apartment and associated facade alterations’.

There is only one comment so far, an objection.
The estate agent detailing (or rather property consultants, who have nationwide offices but none in Cornwall or Devon, so this is obviously aimed at the lucrative second-home market) says:
