Covid cases in Bude show slight rise

After weeks of being below 3 cases on the interactive map, Bude is now showing green, with 3 Covid-19 cases to 26th March.

Surrounded by lower case areas, there are also 4 cases showing for the wider Shebbear area.  Launceston has had a 70% rise in cases, up to 17.

Cornwall as a whole is up to 105 cases for the same time period, a rise of 11.7%.

Torridge is up 25% to 10 cases, while Devon as a whole is up 11% to 141 cases.

What this tells us is that Covid is still with us, so people need to remain alert and not rely on others to keep them safe. Hopefully, as many people as possible who are offered it are also taking up the vaccine.
