Cornwall’s stilt walkers will be back

A team of colourful stilt walkers will be out and about visiting dozens of Cornish towns, including Bude, between now and the end of June to remind visitors  to respect social distancing and to follow the Covid guidelines. The aim is to catch people’s attention in a light-hearted way.

The stilt walkers will be present to make residents and visitors to Cornwall aware that, despite the easing of restrictions, the pandemic is still at play and everyone needs to do their bit to keep themselves and each other safe.

Cornwall’s high streets are expected to be particularly busy as lockdown draws to an end.
