The Michelmores Property Awards showcase the very best in SW property development and construction, and no one can argue that the development at Whalesborough has not been brilliant. For 2015, the annual awards received the highest number of entries in the last five years of the competition, from property developers, building contractors, architects and other industry professionals across Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset, so the fact that Whalesborough Farm, submitted by Trewin Design Architects as Eco Project of the Year, won is a brilliant achievement. My, that pool looks inviting!

Whalesborough Health Club said:

“We are delighted to have won a prestigious Michelmore Award for ‘Eco Development of the Year’ last night at Sandy Park, Exeter, in association with Trewin Design Partnership, our architects. It was a great evening with 400 people attending and a fantastic reward for all the hard work over the last few years. The judges were particularly impressed with the fact all our heating and electricity is from renewable sources and our club is open to members from the local community as well as our visitors at Whalesborough. Thanks must go to M & J Builders who have been with us from the start of this fantastic development and we look forward to working together again in the future”.

At this year’s RHS Chelsea Flower Show, Erica, now 25, has gained another Silver Award. Congratulations indeed on this amazing achievement at a national show.
