Update: Kathleen Cutler, 74, has been located safe in Scotland yesterday, Wednesday 29 April, and arrangements are being made to bring her home.

Police are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of 74-year-old Kathleen Cutler, who has been reported missing from Liskeard in Cornwall.
It is believed Kathleen could have travelled by public transport to the Staffordshire area.
Her bus pass has previously been used in Telford on 22 April. She is believed to have travelled on the Route 5 Arriva the Shires, Telford and Wrekin UA service.
The pass was also used in Derby on 20 April.
Kathleen went missing from her Liskeard home on 11 April at around noon.
The last confirmed sighting of her was in Plymouth on 18 April at around 4.45 pm when she was seen wearing an all-white paper suit with tanned-coloured, workman-style boots, and an orange face mask.
Kathleen is described as a white female, 5ft 3in in height, of medium build, with collar-length pink-coloured hair and blue eyes.
