British summertime (BST) officially starts at 1 am on Sunday 29 March, when the clocks go forward an hour to 2 am (so we lose an hour.)
It gets lighter later and stays lighter later, normally cause for celebration.
However, as we are all in lockdown, this may not make much difference to many people.
Who knows what will happen before then, but BST ends on Sunday 25 October when we gain an hour?
