Canoeathon for Budehaven

Oops nearly missed this but it’s still going on so please give your support down at the canal.

From noon on Thursday 29th March – until noon on Friday 30 March, a team of hardy students and staff from Budehaven will be canoeing for 24 hours up and down a stretch of the Bude canal.

The Friends Of Budehaven School are supporting this event and thought it would be fun for parents and students to try and guess the number of miles that the canoeists will cover during this epic challenge.

Simply guess how many miles (to the nearest decimal point!) that the team will cover for your chance to win £100!

You can enter your guess either at the Budehaven Valley Road or Stratton Road receptions, or pop along to the canal during the canoe-athon. Each guess costs £1 and all money raised will go to supporting our school.

The Friends of Budehaven will be there on the day with refreshments and competition entry slips – so do pop down to show your support if you can.
