Bude’s Earth Festival Goes Online

From Bude Castle:

This year Bude’s Earth Festival will be an online event due to government social distancing restrictions.

On Sunday 7th, The Castle website will be hosting a range of environmental, lifestyle and wildlife talks, presentations, workshops and musical entertainment for all to enjoy. Links will go live throughout the day and shared on all social media platforms. You can pop over now to have a look at the full schedule of events:

As you will see, we are delighted to announce that writer and environment activist, Satish Kumar, will be part of the event, as will the talented Natalie Fee of City to Sea. More information on all our fabulous participants can be found below.

As a close-knit green community that has shown so much insight into living sustainably, it is our hope that the whole of Bude can now get together online, escape the concerns of the day, and take a moment to celebrate our home planet earth and all we share it with.

Schedule:

A Welcome by Castle Manager, Mark Berridge

Festival Blessing – our festival opens with a healing online blessing by Nixie James-Scott.

Yoga for all – Rosie Lewis will take you through a calming yoga practice to start your day.
