From Angus Crosbie:
On 21st July, me and two friends are setting off on a 547-mile walk around the South West for CLIC Sargent, the UK’s leading cancer charity for children, young people and their families.
We are attempting to walk 547 miles in just 31 days, armed only with tents, sturdy shoes and a can of beans! Bonkers, we know.
So far we have managed to raise over £5,500, which is awesome!
Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it has been very difficult to confirm any details with campsites.
We are stopping in Widemouth Bay on Sunday 26th July all being well, but as of yet, we do not have anywhere to stay.
If anyone has a spare patch of grass on which we can pitch our tent, or knows of anyone who could possibly help us out, we would be incredibly grateful! (Please contact Bude & Beyond if you can help and I’ll forward any info.)
